Welcome to the Community 1st Boreholes Initiative
Access to clean water is a fundamental human right, yet millions of people in underserved communities across South Africa still struggle with water scarcity. The Community 1st Boreholes Initiative, led by the Action Development Agency in partnership with Mzansi Drilling, is dedicated to transforming lives by providing sustainable access to clean and safe drinking water through the installation of boreholes.
Over the years, we have created value for the communities we serve through strategic partnerships with relevant stakeholders in the private and public sector. We intentionally seek out partnerships with organizations that are aligned with our principles, values, and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to restore dignity and improve the quality of life for communities in need by empowering local residents with the resources, knowledge, and skills to manage their water supplies sustainably. Through our initiatives, we aim to create healthier families, foster education, and stimulate economic growth.
